i lost my 2 step authentication and backup codes please help me

Dear Razer Gold Support Team,

I am urgently requesting account recovery assistance. I am locked out of my Razer Gold account and cannot access my balance of 23 Razer Gold.

Problem: I switched from a physical SIM to an eSIM and am no longer receiving 2-Step Authentication (2FA) SMS codes. I also do not have my backup codes.

Action Required: I explicitly require you to bypass or immediately remove the old phone number linked to my 2FA so I can log in and secure my funds. Please proceed with verifying my account using my registered email address.
