I lost my phone number and I forgot my backup codes, where can i see the those codes, i still have my email account but i think i deleted the email that has my backup codes that's why i can't see it, can i still recover those codes?

It is preferrable to be email so that you can have it secured and so that you can look back into that email whenever you want to see the backup codes
