After i bought it i realized it’s taking so long to be processed, and then i checked my transactions and there i saw in my transaction it’s pending, It’s been 3 days and it’s still pending i already contacted Razer Support and they’re closing my ticket without even fixing the problem. Let me know if someone here has the same problem and teach me how to fix it because it’s really frustrating. This my first time buying already disappointed.

I came to look to see how long pending it takes because I was having problems loading paypal in a game and thought I would try out paypal here on razer gold. BIG mistake…. don’t think I haven’t any type of “pending” transaction more than 3 days already. Probably could of just waited a day for paypal to fix issues instead of waiting on razer pending. I already submitted a tgicket I want a refund but I think it states that I cannot get a refund, butif I never got my product and they strilll take my money, well time for a chargeback.
TLDR: maybe not gonna use Razer gold ever again.
