I don’t have direct access to resolve this from here, but the quickest way to get it sorted is by opening a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Be sure to include the receipt, photos of the card, and the code so the team has everything they need to investigate.
