I've found a mistake on the transactions redemption notes.
I participated "Redeem & Win Feb 2022" and "Redeem & Win Apr 2022". And I saw some thread about non-winners awards.
I think someone should be confused. Because in the transactions of "Redeem & Win", the redemption notes got a mistake.

samuel2050Maybe its 15 days.... Redeem and win feb was 15 working days because they had to give gold coin to non winners... But this package don't have it... So 15 days

samuel2050Hi @samuel2050, The threads you saw is regarding non-winners awards but the notes is for the winners. It seems to be much confusion lately based on those threads. I might need to suggest them to remove the event completely based on those threads since it sometimes caused

- The (5) winners for Redeem & Win Feb 2022 will be drawn, announced, and notified via email after Mar 31, 2022, within 15 days.
- Non-winners will be emailed 1 participation voucher after Mar 31, 2022, within 15 working days: a US$1 Bonus Razer Gold voucher (once per user only, regardless no. of participation/redemption per user).
