I have a problem with redeeming seasons 5 prize since our squad leader is inactive.
Is there anything that can be done with that issue?

Unfortunately, nothing can be done unless you set up communication channel among your squad member/leader to avoid any issues.
You can leave and rejoin other squad of your choice.
