My question is, if I buy now from Razer Gold any amount of crystals, will it be with the top-up bonus or will it be as if the bonus has been used? Razer promised to provide 10% discount on charging genshin impact, therefore, I purchased two orders, one 99.99 euros and one 29.99 euros in 3.3, I did not receive the corresponding offer. First of all, they are very slow to reply. Secondly, they keep asking you to provide all kinds of proof and screenshots.
