Inquiry About RazerStore Rewards for In-Store Purchase

Dear Razer Team,

I recently made a purchase at an official Razer Store in Hong Kong and would like to inquire whether this transaction qualifies for the RazerStore Rewards program. I have registered this laptop in my account.

Specifically, I would like to know:

  • Can I earn Razer Silver for purchases made in-store (not online) at a Razer physical store in Hong Kong?

  • If yes, how can I ensure that my purchase is linked to my Razer ID for rewards?

  • If no, are there any alternative ways to register or claim this purchase for Silver accumulation?

I am already a member of RazerStore Rewards and would appreciate your clarification regarding this matter.
