Insider Acheivement Issue
Hi there!~ Super Razer fan here. I missed my chance to claim silver for my Blackwidow Elite, but I have a newer Kraken Quartz Headset. For some reason, it doesn't make the "Surround-ed" (or whatever it's called) achievement claimable. I have it registered to my account and everything! I would just like to claim my tiny silver from it. :)

I understand how you feel, Insider have been given 29 days to receive their zSilver from the REWARDS tab. Once that time expires, there is no turning back and cannot be helped.
Like my car fuel discount voucher; I had more than a $1 per litre saved in my account, I forgot to use it in time and all my efforts have gone down the drain.
Same thing goes for when redeem a zSilver for a RAZER Voucher code; if Insider does not use the Voucher code in 30 days, the voucher code will expire and cannot be renewed.
By being a Super RAZER fan, always keep an eye out~~~
