I had a problem few days ago, that the garena shell code I purchase from Razer Gold is invalid. Once I redeemed the code, it's stated the code has been used.
Please help.. Have you ever experience the similar case? How to resolve it and get new code?

I have already done the way you mentioned, but the team keep asking me to contact Garena, while Garena asked me to contact Razer. So it seems like nobody wants to be responsible to my case.
