I am from Malaysia and i reload using public bank, so the money is deduct from my bank, but the gold and transaction did not show up. I have try to submit a ticket to "[email]support@razergold.zendesk.com[/email]". But i did not get any help yet. What should i do?

Just wait for a reply, if a couple more days pass without help then send another ticket.
Yep I think it is since it happened with me too and every support send me a link to another support so just do like me wait the 2 days if no replay make it a case for online scam .. note save every thing proves ur money transfer cort needs this
