Razer promised to provide 10% discount on charging genshin impact, therefore, I purchased two orders, one 99.99 euros and one 29.99 euros in 3.3, I did not receive the corresponding offer. I bought it on the first day of the promotion, I think it is impossible that the promotion has been all claimed. I contacted customer service, and it didn't help at all.
First of all, they are very slow to reply. Secondly, they keep asking you to provide all kinds of proof and screenshots.
I'm not sure why the customer service cannot check the information based on the transaction number. Why do they ask customer service to provide everything?
Has anyone received the corresponding discount? Or is this simply a false advertising? All in all, I am very disappointed with Razer. Although it is not a very large amount, but dealing with their customer service is a complete waste of time.
