Okay, so I’m going to have to go ahead and take back everything I said. I was trying to redeem my points wrong.
for anyone having the same confusion I was having, apparently, you don’t redeem your points via the silver redeem page. I was able to purchase the keyboard I wanted using my silver by adding the keyboard the the art via the regular Razer product page. My guess is you must first choose the item you want from the silver page, redeem that item there, then go to the items regular Razer page and then add it to your cart. It will show up as $0 dollars and say you’re redeeming your silver.
i apologize to Razer for my earlier post as I was completely wrong. I will say the way you redeem silver can be set up better/ in a less confusing way. I’m honestly still not sure how I figured it out and it was completely by accident. I just happened to put it in my cart and noticed it came up as $0 dollars.
maybe there can be better/ more clear instructions as to how to redeem your points. I was thinking you needed to choose the product you wanted from the silver redeem page and it kept saying it was out of stock. It’s very confusing.

glad i read this post because i was in the same mind set. i totally thought i was getting ripped off for essentially all my silver points. as the silver rewards claiming you can buy a bunch of products example mice, keyboards merch, etc.
what is the point in earning silver when the rewards shop only has 1 item for purchase?
pretty lame if you ask me. I've made sizeable purchases with plans on using the rewards for some items that were available and had to wait 30 days before my points were activated and now the shop is empty…. seems fishy… not a great experience so far. how ever i will try to make the purchase through the “Normal” shop to see if this fixes my issue. i also totally agree it should be way more seamless to use these points. fingers crossed.
