Keep getting "Failed to Reload"

I've already called my bank and spoke to them. I've used paypal and visa and had no issue, but yesterday and today I've been unable to reload at all. I've just sent in a support ticket but does anybody know a quick fix?

hi same thing happen to me but with razer pin. it says failed to reload. is there any fix or way to top up my RAZER PIN?
