Laptop Black screen

Hi I bought my laptop (blade 15, RZ09-0369) ten months ago, it works very good. But suddenly from two days. When I restart or shutdown and open Immediately then my laptop is running and it's showing black screen. When I try after one hour it's opening. I don't know what do can you please help me regarding this issue. Thanks

    get your data /mean is copy another external drive / and open recovery mod and reset your laptop. and paste your data again. and use a antivirus program. it must be that if you was not crash or damage your laptop.
