Lost phone number - Need alternative OTP verification for Razer G

I lost access to my registered phone number and currently do not have a new one, so I cannot receive the SMS OTP to complete my top-up. Is it possible to verify my account via email instead? Please assist me with resetting my phone number. Thank you.
