LOST TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATOR

Hello to the community, I haven’t been using my Razer Gold account for a very long time and I happen to see that I have funds on my account. However, due to inevitable circumstances, I lost my old cellphone together with the Two Factor Authenticator and the backup codes, any help will be appreciated. Thank you! PS I submitted a ticket but it seems they don’t respond to the inquiries of their customers.
