I bought some Razer Gold to purchase Minecraft Bedrock and Java edition from the Razer Gold site, but when I try to purchase it with my Razer Gold, it just keeps saying "Purchase failed." And when I look at my transaction history, it just keeps saying "pending" under status. I have already tried purchasing multiple times. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
