Missing TapJoy Reward

Hello, I didn't know quite where to go as my support request was denied on the Cortex app. So I recently completed the task Reach Level 20 on Family Island, which took me ages to do. A day passes, and still no reward. So I open a support request, who then told me they cannot offer me my reward as the "app install was not attributed to Tapjoy", and closed the case. I don't understand how this is possible as I followed the link the took me to when I clicked on Earn, which took me to the Play Store which is how I installed the game. Does anyone know where I can go to try to get my points? Thanks in advance.

@Michelle-RazerCortex This appears to be Cortex-related. Can you help OP with the reward issue?

UPDATE: So I contacted Razer support. My case is being escalated to the relevant department. I'll see what happens after that.

I'd contact scamjoy directly. Sometimes they'll refuse to reward, but don't give up - if you have proof for completing the task, send them directly.
