I made a complain on a purchased Razer Gold card and accidentally scratched off 6 of the numbers, making it difficult to decipher. I reached to the customer service team, and they got back to me saying the card was used, but I don’t understand how possible anyone could use a card that the 16 digit code are not complete ??
