My purchase of Hogwarts Legacy was also supposed to provide a free 50 dollar Razer Gold Voucher, which never came.

I was buying Hogwarts Legacy from Razer based on the notion that I would be receiving a $50 Razer Gold Voucher along with it. Assuming I got my Razer Gold, I started playing the game. I only just noticed that no Razer Gold voucher was shown or given to my account. What do I do?

    • The Razer.com voucher will automatically be sent via email.
    • The Razer.com vouchers are available while stocks last. If you do not receive the Razer.com voucher after a successful purchase, it means that the vouchers have already been fully redeemed.
