I'll try to reload my wallet, but there failed l Only once i can, that was amount 10 gold. Maybe there are any limits. Help me pls with any advice

    lool same issue here after contacting the support and giving all the details they want , they told me that go check the bank and after that removed they visa payment method from their site what a joke , they blame the user and then they remove visa method because they know that the issue from their system not from the user
