This transaction is over 3 days old, i’ve sent them ticket since. Yet they haven’t even aswered my ticket, nor give solution. They leave me blatantly clueless.

 

Update:

My transaction is officially failed (gagal) on razer gold website. They’ve replied my ticket, but still haven’t come with any solution. Anyway, for my fellow Indonesian, Happy 78th Independence Day!

 

 


Update:
Last reply was 08/16. I instantly replied their reply with transaction proof. 
on 08/18, still no reply nor solution.
