When I try to redeem the $15 riot points I got with razer gold, I get a country error. What the hell???

Go to https://gold.razer.com/transactions and check if you bought the code that was meant for the server your account is on. If they sent you the wrong code, submit a ticket at https://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit
If you bought the wrong code you are probably out of luck. But you could try contacting the link at the error code.
How do i know the region it's for? I dont see anything. Is it the first three letters of the serial number?
