My SMS verification service cannot be used when making a payment.

I tried to make a payment using Razer Wallet on April 4th, but I couldn't receive the SMS verification code. I have submitted an email ticket before, but I still haven't received a reply. Now I need to quickly obtain a payment method or a way to cancel the SMS verification service.When I try to cancel the settings or use the authenticator for setting, I still need the SMS verification code. So, in fact, my account is in a locked state. Thank you.
