My wallet was disabled without explanation

My razer gold wallet has been disabled and is asking for information that I don’t have, as well as sending a selfie with documents using an unsecure method. All my questions are ignored or I receive a template answer. Employees in the chat do not want to communicate and close tickets themselves.

No explanation. Just stealing my $300
