“Not Available in Your Region”

I specifically bought about like 100USD+ for a game that was once available to access in my region, now it’s not there anymore. Well, last time I checked if it was available was about 2-3 years ago. Now, I’m stuck with this much money and nothing to spend it on. I tried using a VPN, and someone told me to entrust a friend overseas who’s within the available region with the PIN code, but I do not feel confident in sharing it—plus I already reloaded the Razer gold. What do I do?
