You can try any of the following methods:
- If you have access to an alternative 2-Step Authentication device, you can use it to reset your 2-Step Authentication.
- If you have your backup codes, you can use them to log-in and reset your 2-Step Authentication or manage your account.
- If you still have access to your primary and recovery email, you can contact Razer ID Support to get help on recovering your account.
