OTP problem

I am trying to purchase a welkin moon, yet it has been 2 days that there is a problem with OTP code. It gives me the below error. I cannot use my backup codes either because again I need to verify myself by OTP to be able to open Settings>Security>2-step verification. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue? I tried different devices and my mobile data too.

    Hi I am also waiting for a fix, today my phone can't receive otp anyway and I can't use my backup code

    At least, we know we’re not alone. I don’t understand why Razer support isn’t replying any tickets, not even Twitter DMs. I don’t get the logic behind putting backup codes behind a OTP lock since I’d use the backup code when OTP isnt working anyways..

    I have same problem i cant get otp code because unexpected error please reload the page and try again also cant get otp personal  profile....please help
