Hi I recently top up 11600+ php worth of credits and yet I cannot use them

 

because the OTP IS BROKEN!

 

Cs is not replying to my Ticket for the last 48 hours!

 

its kinda frustating that no action is being done to fix the OTP or send us backup codes if ever we lose it via our registered emails.


Hope a CS or moderator can raise the concerns to Razer.
