I am waiting almost 1 week for my razer gold but still nothing!!
i already report it but the costumer support is like shit. they always make me waiting. this is my report number 211230-000359. i am just hopeless. maybe this is the first and last time i using razer gold because it's SUCK!!!!!

Lots of employee's are on vacation the last week of the year, Combined with lots of customers also not working asking extra questions to Support. You should hear back at some point soon, the few times I've needed support they've been good and quick but that wasn't during a busy time. :smile_:
