I bumped into a frustrating situation just now. Not sure if any of you had encountered the same issue before or got some good suggestions for me to tackle this :(
I finally collected 40,000 Razer Silvers, and purchased a Razer Viper Mini (mouse) with all the Silvers. I got an email with a promo code, with notes below:
- Visit https://www.razer.com
- Add the product to your shopping cart.
- Apply the voucher code in your transaction receipt into the promo code section.
- Shipping, tax and handling charges apply.
- Your voucher code will only work in the location you selected during redemption.
The agreed location was Taiwan, so I jumped into the Razer store Taiwan (https://www.razer.com/tw-zh) and tried to add Viper Mini to shopping cart. To my dismay, the store doesn’t sell Viper Mini. I had no way to add Viper Mini to shopping cart, and thus no way to apply the voucher. To make things worse, the voucher has an expiry date (in two and half months), so if this issue cannot be addressed by then, I will lost everything (the 40,000 silver, the never redeemed Viper Mini, and all the efforts trying to resolve this).
I had submitted a ticket to Razer Support, but based on the previous experience, I’m not confident how prompt and how supportive they could be. So I came here to the community and seek any advice you might kindly offer. Thanks in advance everyone!!
