Problems with 2 step Vervications

Hello everyone, how are you? I am a new razer user here, so I have a problem about 2 step verification or authentication code, so I intend to top up the world of tanks, now when I want to enter the authentication code it always fails even though in Google the authentication is registered with Razer Gold, but when I enter it always fails and The code is wrong, I have made a report to the customer service about this but I was instead asked to fill in data such as filling in phone numbers etc., how do I want to fill in the phone number etc. If I can't just open the authenticator, please I need help from all of you.
