• • Depending on your location, your Razer Gold account may be subject to maximum limits at any one time (“Account Limits”). Any applicable Account Limits shall be set out in the Location Specific Terms applicable to you, and may include any one or more of the following:

  • • a)

      “Hold Limit”: Maximum amount of Razer Gold that can be held in your Razer Gold account;

    • b)

      “Single Transaction Limit”: Maximum amount of Razer Gold that can be used in a single transaction; and/or

    • c)

      “Cumulative Transaction Limit”: Maximum cumulative amount of Razer Gold that can be used for payment transactions during a given period. Top-ups to your Razer Gold account will not count toward the Cumulative Transaction Limit.

  • Any transaction in excess of the applicable Account Limits will be unsuccessful. If you would exceed the Hold Limit, the top-up will be declined. If you would exceed the Cumulative Transaction Limit, your transaction will not be executed and you will not be able to make any further transactions until the limit resets in the next period.
  • Razer reserves the right to amend the Account Limits at its sole discretion. Razer Gold Account Limits will be subject to regulatory approvals and changes as may be applicable from time to time.
