Razer gold and silver upi payment done but on website it shows pending

I have completed my payment of purchase of 50€ valorant points through upi in razer gold and silver and i have also received a confirmation mail but on the website its still showing as pending. Plz help me with this it's not a small amount. Money has been deducted from my bank account. I am attaching some payment proofs.
