Razer Gold bug causing product delivery issues and missing wallet balance

Hi, I had 580 Razer Gold and started purchasing PUBG Mobile codes. The total value of the codes I received is 200.17 Razer Gold less than what I paid! My account balance is now almost empty, but 200.17 Razer Gold is missing!

I opened a support ticket yesterday, but no one has responded yet. I've also tried multiple times to reach out via live support, but it’s like no one is there — I’m getting no response at all.

Also, since opening the ticket, some of the codes (worth about 50 Razer Gold) have automatically appeared in my dashboard, which means I did receive part of what was missing — but there’s still 150 Razer Gold worth of products missing, and there’s no update or explanation.
