Anyone else surprised that you couldn’t use Razer Gold to buy Razer products?

I won a Razer Gold giveaway!

Woo!

But I didn’t apparently quite understand what that meant, because when I went to use it to buy the Sneki Snek plushie it turned out it was for in game stores and items. I’m still grateful for winning and used it to get some Spotify credit! But I really had my heart set on the plushie!

Also a little surprised I couldn’t use it for a Steam gift card?
