I´ve been trying to reload an account for several days, even tried creating a new account but neither I choose Visa o Mastercard method, they both give me "Failed to Reload" message. Whatching the forums seems like its been a long time with tthis issue and many people is reporting it but you still can't fix it. Already opened a ticket but no response still. If its not working, erase the method from the web, if othewise, please help us and let us know what to do.
