Wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue with loading Razer gold and how they got it resolved. First attempt was due to wrong region so after contacting support with the issues and providing the relevant information they moved account to US, now trying the codes again on the new region get invalid pin, contacted support again and am now being told that these codes have been used on the date my account was escalated to be moved to a new region, after querying this I am now being told to file a Police report. Both codes where purchased via 2 different websites, so seems unlikely these where already used. I am now stuck at a loss as it seems there is no contact number only email and don't seem to be getting anywhere. Thanks
