I created Razer Gold account on April 2025. It’s now July and still I am not receiving any help, support, and assistance from this.

Come on, 1000 php (18 usd) might be small for you guys that’s why you ignore me, but still. It’s my money. 

Can you do something about this? Let me get my money back. I want a refund.

Even the chat support don’t bother at all. Do your jobs, boys. Contribute something.

I have reviewed your cases, and I found that our Razer Gold Support Team replied to your ticket on May 15, 2025. According to their response, our Razer Gold Support Team advised that in-game purchases for MLBB do not allow cross-region transactions.
