Hello, I purchased a razer gold gift card from Kroger store as a gift but when i wanted to scratch off the panel to reveal the pin, i mistakenly scratched off the last 3 digits on it . please how can i get the last 3 digits i scratched off?

You may not have scratched them off. I also just recently purchased 2 cards from Krogers and the same exact spots were missing in the PIN. I was very careful scratching the 2nd card fearing I may have done what you thought you did. But the 2nd card was missing numbers in the middle of the code in the same area. Obvious manufacturing defect. Chat support just repeatedly said to file a police report, even after explaining the cards were not stolen despite having been somehow redeemed in the same exact time and without PIN codes. Thinking if I have to file a police report as requested, I’ll file FTC and BBB reports to warn the nation not to buy Razer cards. Had to end up buying iTunes.

I stalled off calling customer service as i had seen a lot of complaints about cards been supposedly redeemed after contacting customer service. i purchased the card as a gift for my nephew and i wouldn’t wanna do away with 500$ , so i guess i’ll wait and see if i get any better replies to this, see what to do.
Somehow the cards I bought that had damaged PIN codes were redeemed before I called for help. Now Razer's making me have to get law enforcement to call them for help. So very frustrating how insecure and fraudulent these cards can be used for crime. The police detective who filed my report informed me thieves are able to redeem these cards by scanning the already exposed numbers on the outside. And only have to wait for them to be activated at purchase by the vendor. No pin code required apparently. And they can used automation to redeem the card before the paying customer even walks out the store he thinks now. Been waiting over a month for help from Razer. They keep closing my multiple support tickets.
