Razer Gold PIN stolen and misused through scam

Dear Razer Gold Support Team,

 

My name is Chen Jiahong and I would like to report a fraud case regarding my Razer Gold PIN.

 

On 16 August 2025, around 11:15 AM, I purchased a Razer Gold PIN worth RM300 at:

7-Eleven No. 210, GF, Jalan Tun H S Lee, City Centre, 50000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

 

The serial number of the PIN is: .

 

Shortly after purchase, a scammer tricked me into sending the receipt and PIN details. He immediately redeemed the PIN without my consent and then attempted to extort me for RM5,000. I have attached:

 

  • The purchase receipt
  • Screenshots of the scammer’s chat and threats

  • Razer Account Name: 
  • Phone Number: 

I kindly request:

  1. Please help investigate this case and trace the account where the PIN was redeemed.
  2. If evidence clearly shows unauthorized use and fraud, I humbly ask whether Razer could issue me a replacement PIN, since I am the legitimate purchaser.
