Razer gold reload via GrabPay still pending

I have never encountered problems with reloading razer gold via GrabPay ewallet before but now. It has been 24 hrs since the transaction started and it is still in pending status. This is a very bad service, razer gold. No response on my tickets also. This will be the last time I will use razer gold. Very very very very disappointing.

I’m having the same problem. I contacted the support about this but none of them helped me. This is frustrating. Are you able to get your Razer Gold Points???

Unfortunately, still in pending status. No progress in tickets submitted.

Yo I thought I was the only one encountering this problem. Yesterday morning I made a Nintendo Gift card purchase via Grabpay and was surprised to see that the transaction was pending all of a sudden. I already submitted multiple tickets, contacted the customer support yet it is still pending. Yeah I don't know what is the problem.

Same here. Multiple tickets. Agent keep closing reasoning out prevention of duplicate tickets but they don't do anything on the 1st ticket. Very frustrating! 😡

I actually spoke to customer service, and according to them, Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days. Lol. I’ve checked their Terms and Conditions, and while I understand that, the issue still remains unresolved. I have not yet received my Razer Gold Coins, and despite their assurance that their department is handling the issue urgently, there’s still no resolution.

As per their Terms and Conditions, particularly in Section 3.4.2, any discrepancies or issues with transactions should be investigated and resolved within 7 business days from notification. I’ve already provided all the necessary information as required by their guidelines, and I expect them to honor their own terms, especially given the length of time this issue has been pending.

It’s important that they process the payment and resolve the situation as per the commitments laid out in their agreement. Hopefully, they will address this issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution. If this continues unresolved, I will not only reconsider using their website but also will not recommend this platform to anyone due to the frustrating and unresolved issues.

Agree. They need to improve their service. Still not received my razer gold reload.

I hate Razer customer service. They delay until you forget your concern. By the way, did they settle it already? Can give us an update?

Yes! I was able to receive it today finally. Though, I'm still not gonna use razer gold anymore. The experience was traumatic.
