just as the title says I got charged for my transaction however going back to my transaction history and it says under status "Failed"
This is highly likely an authorization hold, which should fall off within seven days. That said, you will want to contact our Razer Gold Team by submitting a ticket from here. Do make sure to include the following to get the quickest resolution:
