Title says it all, my bank card has been charged 2 hours ago and yet my transaction is still stuck on pending and the support ticket page seems to be stuck on loading forever. Require assistance from a razer staff or customer service, thanks.
hoo, so you are facing the same problem as well. One of my friend, bought two things, and it went to transaction failed twice and then into “pending” status. Bank card has been charged as well. Alreayd sent a ticket, but until now they are still not replying.

I can’t even submit a ticket though… how long has it been since your friend got charged?
Update after 12 hours: transaction is still stuck on pending, I am still unable to submit a ticket, this is getting really infuriating. To people coming across this thread in the future, please don't use razer gold to save your time and frustration :)
