Yikes! That for me was a future valuable selling point for razer gold, as I spend a lot of time on twitch

The payment on Twitch subscription is handled by Xsolla.
Unfortunately Razer Gold is temporarily not available as the payment method on Twitch for technical reasons. Currently there is no ETA on when Razer Gold payments will be available again.

It has been nearly a month, the length of most Twitch subscriptions, meaning that most people using Razer Gold as their sole method to purchase subscriptions are left in the dark right now. Hopefully, there has been further progress regarding this technical issue. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide you any details on the progress as well. Meanwhile, you should be able to purchase subscription using other method provided by Xsolla on the platform.
