Hi! So i got my Kraken Ultimate headset and when I checked in the forums/ rewards page, It did not give me the trophy for haveing a razer headset. please help! thanks!

Those achievements are broken at the moment, but you can follow the instructions on the following thread to have them unlocked by a Vanguard.

Some insider achievements just takes time, reason for this is "unknown"

I think of as trying to pursue the enjoyment of being a RAZER insider, rather than to pursue the joy of earning RAZER silver
