Razer Silver Not Showing

Hi, I have a Razer Gold account that currently won't show any silver I have on the PC and Mobile app. It will only show how much Silver I have if I go to the website or by email. Razer team still haven't fixed this issue yet, anybody facing the same problem as me? Appreciate it.
xCryptikYes, reinstalling, different phones. Even contacted Razer support but they say they couldn't do anything. I dont think something is blocking certain stuff since I can login using my friends account.

Sye_The-VieDid that aswell. Even tried to tell my friend to help me login from his pc/phone, it didnt work at all.
