Redeemed PIN on Wrong Region – Need Help

Hi everyone,

I received a Razer Gold e-pin but couldn’t redeem it on my Turkey account. I created a new US account and it worked there, but now I can’t use the balance in Turkey. I’ve contacted Razer support, but I’m still waiting for a solution. Has anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any help or advice.
