Redeemption Import Permit Issue
Hi Razer Community,
I've redeeming Razer Silver for Razer Gear to Penang,Malaysia.
Just now i've receiving a notification from FedEx that my item can't be delivered to my place because of the import permit issue.
I've no idea about that since i'm redeeming a razer silver for razer gear for free just pay the shipping.
I'd appreciate the suggestions.

KingKongJrzWhat did you redeem? Call the FedEx number on that email. They will guide you on how to pay the SIRIM Fee + Import Tax to custom via them.

xCryptikI redeem for Razer goliathus Chroma Extended - black and Cynosa Chroma Pro with 2 different shipment i already contact FedEx. They said they can't apply import permit on behalf of me. i need to apply by myself to SIRIM and pay the fee , otherwise i need to use agencies service(which is cost more expensive than applying by ourself)

strange :S I got Goliathus chroma extended & huntsman elite last month, there was no tax
